Interesting that there is effort to prevent photography near industrial sites on 'security grounds' on the basis of the 'current climate' (i.e. terrorism) - as I can name artists who were forcibly prevented from filming near a Certain Multinational Chemical Company at Port Botany in Sydney due to 'security' ...in 1983! So what is new - are security powers now legally arbitrary?
