Guantanamo trials "rigged, fraudulent, thin on evidence, and half-arsed" Two American military prosecutors have described the Guantanamo "terrorism" rials as (among other terms) "rigged", "fraudulent", "thin on evidence", "a fraud on the American people" and "half-arsed". The Pentagon responded by alleging "miscommunication, misunderstandings and personality conflict" - unsubstantiated by any references, a clear tactic to smear the original claims. Indeed, the overruling of restraints on "exceptional interrogation techniques" is described by the co-founder of the Center for National Security Law at the University of Virginia as "an evil decision" Comments:
