Pixelated Semantics |

Despite a Senator from his own party admitting that the White House is "completely disconnected from reality", GW Bush has today discovered that "freedom from torture is an inalienable human right, and we are committed to building a world where human rights are respected and protected by the rule of law" according to his statement to mark United Nations International Day in Support of Victims of Torture. More consumer semantics from a regime that practises torture and indefinite detention among a plethora of documented abuses, and about as credible as the UN blaming pot smokers for terrorism.
