Celebrating the Bomb

How does one even begin to explain what's wrong with the idea that possessing and developing lethally radioactive WMD is a "Nuclear Enterprise"? If Al-Qaeda, assuming it exists as a "real" organisation, were to use the same terms and reasoning, that's "terrorism". When a state, like the USA, uses its political standing to make the implicit use of terror a political tool, it's a "new paradigm of nuclear stockpiles". The deliberate destructive threat of possessing WMD is an "enterprise" based on a palatable form of state terrorism that "Cold Warriors" have mastered packaging and selling. US supremacy is dependant largely on military threat, and not on an essential "rightness".
