This is reality people: "anyone who unintentionally acts in a way the Government finds suspicious is in danger of losing their freedom", according to the clear intent of US government lawyers' arguments outlining their definition of "enemy combatant" to the US District Court. Counsel from the Centre for Constitutional Rights have also said that "the (tribunals) are the perfect storm of procedural inadequacy... The evidence against most prisoners consists largely of uncorroborated statements made to their interrogators" - while under torture, one should add. Not even the dramatic language of lawyers should hide the fact that the road from 9-11 to complete tyranny is reaching the destination, rapidly. Comments:
