Deconstructing another manufactured fear

According to Reuters, a survey from the Swiss Institute for the Prevention of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse gives the lie to social fears over decriminalisation of ganja: young people in the Netherlands (which has Europe's most liberated marijuana laws) showed only an average level of cannabis use compared to other countries. The Swiss had the highest percentage [bad pun intended]. In other words, decriminalisation of marijuana does not lead to increased usage among young people.
