A plea from a 9+11 researcher on Indymedia contains a link to what seems to be the best presentation online of the questions concerning the supposed airplane impact on the Pent@gon on 9+11. Coincidently, the Herald yesterday ran a very well researched peice on the statistical fact that when the US government issues a terrorism warning, the president's approval rating increases an average of nearly three points. Any serious recent account of the media's coverage of 9+11 and recent related investigations and controversies reads like a handbook on the techniques of mass-hypnosis in the (dis)information age: the relationship between terror and approval, between physical impact and lack of evidence is not tangential, but a deliberate form of cognitive dissonance.
