"Natural Causes" of death now includes suffocation with the use of a sleeping bag and electrical cord, if you are a former Iraki soldier in US custody. The US Army's original statement on this matter is described by the writer as "benign" in contrast to the current charges of murder and dereliction of duty that followed the "natural" death of this man - which indicates the press's apparent willingness to engage in propagandising for the Americans. It is hardly appropriate to describe the attempt to hide death by "asphyxia due to smothering and chest compression" during interrogation as "benign". Comments:
