Silent sound and electronic control There is an engaging definition of "voice to skull devices" from a "Thesaurus of Military Terms" at FAS: Definition/Scope:The original source is the CALL Thesaurus of Military Terms. This definition apparently covers a previously unsubstantiated "subliminal technology" that some individuals on the "fringe" have been claiming for years was being used against civillians. The appearance of a definition does not however assume the existence of such technology - it could be reflective of the paranoia, or just as easily could be disinformation to create the appearance of having such a device. However, note the experience of protestors at Greenham Common in the 1980's, and recent announcements of "crowd control" technology using microwaves underline the dangerously authoritarian, inhuman potentials. A "Dictionary of Military and Associated Terms" is also mirrored by the FAS. Comments:
